i know i sound like a freak, but if you alternative between hot and cold water in your morning shower, it shocks your brain and i swear on my life you will feel weirdly euphoric to start off your day. i know it’s insane i do not do this often at all but it absolutely works

I love being surrounded by liquid. all my body is liquid. having hot water on your head while having a coffee feels like being in the womb.
