i usually hate music biopics because they're boring, formulaic, and always sugarcoat the artist's lives (with the one exception being walk the line) — but this?!? incredible 💥
amazing documentary with a really interesting story. the narrator is deeply annoying with the constant movie references but you have plenty there that helps you look past that
