WHOLE FOODS FRUIT TART

You may need to exert force to break the pastry which makes eating the tart a tad bit messy but oh my days this is such a good dessert. The custard, the fresh berries, the tart. This on a good sunny spring day in Seattle was godsend, thank you so much

a sophisticated sweet treat

ricotta mixed with a lil cinnamon, a lil sugar, and sliced peaches. we popped the peaches on the grill cuz it was still hot but that’s optional.

Eating juicy fruits over the sink

winter - sweet oranges, persimmon etc summer - big heirloom tomato and sprinkle of salt, watermelon, stone fruit no need to worry about the mess bc u just wash it right away! someone or maybe the internet recommended eating a cold orange or other citrus in a hot shower and I can confirm that is also a great sensory experience
