i have these 2 wonderful friends, one of whom i've known for 12 years and used to date in high school, the other one was his roommate and he introduced me to her. her and i have the same silly sense of humor and whenever the three of us hang out, she and i each make a 🫶 and hold it up around each of our eyes and look at our other friend through our hands and say "YOURE IN MY HEART!!!" for whatever reason it annoys him so much (he loves it). attached is a meme i made when she and i were hanging out and he wasn't there ... still wanted him to feel included.

we don’t hang out a lot outside of school because social battery & money are both low and doing fun things is SO. FREAKING. EXPENSIVE. and also forces us 2 interact with people other than each other… but we braved it yesterday !! think about it, join me:
maybe journal, maybe clean, maybe egg, maybe egg sandwich. perhaps guitar or favorite record or long shower. refill water whenever you need it. gaze up at a tree from underneath for too long or not long enough or maybe just the right amount of time to realize you have blanket and limitless afternoon and warmth of people you love, and you sit down and look at all of the moss and tiny mushrooms and patterns of the bark and exist within the smallness of yourself in the big wide universe.
