You can be best friends with someone but if you donāt show mutual trust the tripās gonna be mid.
Travel trust is believing in a person youāre traveling with (decisions, recs, ideas, logistics) and also showing it through hyping them up.
The most important thing about this is that everyone will be wrong about stuff - but ultimately sacrificing efficiency for good energy will make the trip more worthwhile

wowowow I watched this for the first time last night and loved it. I knew it was groundbreaking at the time, but what I didnāt expect was to see such a beautiful variety of landscapes and for it be have such romance.
The choreography is insane and it was so refreshing to watch action that isnt cgi to the max.

Meditative, gentle movement and breath work. Clear your mind, focus on the moves and tune into your chi. Improves balance and connection with the earth.
Great to do alone or with a group when everyone has learned the moves. Plus the moves have cool names like āparting the wild horseās maneā, āgrasp the sparrowās tailā, and āsnake creeps downā.
