I started going to shows alone when I was in college for the same reason. Friends donāt always have the same taste as you, sometimes youāre the only one in town, etc. Iām a pretty introverted person, but Iāve always been a believer in the idea that going alone and not having a good time is still better than not going and regretting it. Itās more likely though that youāll have an awesome time! The cool thing about going to a concert alone is that you have something in common with everyone in attendance (youāre into the same artist and youāre in the same city). One of my closest friends is someone I met at a concert I went to alone. We just started talking in line before the doors opened. If you start feeling super awkward, just get there early and talk to people. If thatās not your vibe, just hang out and dance and sing to an artist you like. Itās very freeing and fun and low stakes bc you donāt know anyone there.

I loveeee doing this you can just focus on the music and why youāre there to begin with and sometimes you even make new friends with similar interests (the artists!) and I love how music brings people together I love concerts

picture thisā¦ youāre boredā¦ you wanna go see a movie but all all your friends are busy/lame and dont wanna see itā¦ revolutionary ideaā¼ļø go aloneā¼ļø i went to a listening event of currents (tame impala duh) alone cause i bought the last ticket and still had a great time. went to concerts alone cause ppl were busy. and met new friends there!!! especially if you live in a big city like london girl get off ur ass go on the chewbā¼ļø the point isā¦ just do what you wanna fucking do girl fuck it

one of my earliest memories (3yo) was being knocked over by this energetic little puppy when we went to adopt him.
he was the only one of his litter who survived, hence the name lucky!
he was a good boy and we had some good times together š«¶
