nick3 little cubed breakfast potatoes…. Hashbrowns occasionally (I’m picky about them so it depends on the diner)

how do you make the cubed ones? My cousin just made some the other day they‘re so good
nick3 I have no clue what dans is? I make mine by cutting the potatoes into cubes.i like to freeze them for a bit in a bowl of water, helps release some starch so they get crispier (I leave them for like an hour plus.) Remove from freezer and pat dry. Toss in oil, then seasonings and cornstarch, then oil again. Spread out on a pan and bake until crispy. This is just my method, there’s a lot of ways you can make them.
