-Beefsteak tomatoes
-Russian or Japanese mayo (anything but American mayo! This is not an option!)
-Sourdough, grilled in lots of olive oil
-salt + pep to taste If you’re fancy, throw some garlic confit into the mayo and weep with delight 🥹
