What’s up I got an ad on insta for this and I immediately folded and have no idea what I’m doing. Anyways these are some albums I’ve had on 🔅rotation🔅 recently. Not ranked in any order btw 🗣️
1. Swing Out Sister - It’s Better To Travel (1987) Fire shit. Found it in my mom’s old cassette collection. Idk how to describe it other than this is the most 1987 ass shit I’ve ever heard and I fw that.
2. Colour Haze - Tempel (2006) Found this album while tripping on acid two years ago. I stared at a tree the entire time.
3. Faye Wong - 胡思亂想 (1994) Gas. Faye Wong’s vibes transcend language. 4th track is a Cantonese cover of Dreams by The Cranberries.
4. Minutemen - Double Nickels on the Dime (1984) Literally just one of my fav albums OAT. Words wouldn’t do it justice.
5. Death - Spiritual-Mental-Physical (2011) Mostly old demos recorded between 1974-1976. Death is a dope band. The Masks is my fav track.
6. Sublime - 40oz. To Freedom (1992) It’s Sublime. I’ve listened to this like over 15 times by now. Another one of my favorites OAT.
7. DJ Screw - 3 N The Mornin’ (1996) This is literally home. I can’t go like 2 weeks without hearing at least one chopped and screwed song playing from another car. RIP Screw.
8. Vincent Neil Emerson - Fried Chicken & Evil Women (2019) Love this album every track is just classic country. One thing that sticks out to me is the steel guitar. Gas. 100%.
9. O Terno - <atrás/além> (2019) Beautiful. That is all.
10. Mortician - Chainsaw Dismemberment (1999) Brutal death metal. It’s Texas Chainsaw Massacre themed. It’s groovy as fuck. How could you not like it? One of my fav metal albums OAT. So rad. Thx for reading. Gonna maybe make more lists of all my favorite things (movies, music, whatever) in the future if I don’t forget. Have a chill day/night‼️

The best advice I've found, especially as a perfectionist. As someone who always strives for flawlessness, I've realized this mindset can often hold me back. It's easy to get caught up in making everything just right, but that can lead to never finishing projects or, worse, never starting them. This advice reminds me to focus on completion rather than perfection. It's about making progress and not letting the fear of imperfection paralyze you. You can always refine and improve something once it exists, but you can't improve what you haven't created yet. It's about striking a balance between quality and actually getting things done

My grandpa once told me: "Live a worthy life. What makes a life worthy is something only you can define for yourself. So, live a life that feels meaningful to you, as long as it does not prevent others from living theirs. Don't let others define what a worthy life means for you. If for you, a worthy life means building a large family, build it; if it means earning a billion dollars, pursue that goal with all your might; if it means making as many memories as you can, go ahead; if it means being religious and praising God, do so. Live your worthy life and ignore anyone who tells you otherwise."
I couldn't find this quote anywhere so I think it was his own wisdom. Rest in Peace grandpa❤️

If my body isn't a temple, it's definitely a startup company. Full of ideas that seem great at 2 AM, operates on caffeine and questionable decisions, and isn't profitable (yet)
