a bit of a secret:
open up a baguette, throw some nice butter and some brie on there, toast in the oven. get some spicy salami and some basil going. toss the salami and basil on the melted brie and toasted baguette and add a little pepper. alternatively, this grilled cheese with grated chorizo and parsley on some fresh sourdough

Triple decker sourdough sandwich with butter and provolone, salami

Baguette with meat cheese and butter is a classic but you cannot buy a baguette and not eat it day of :) therefore my alternative snack/breakfast as of late

The Sandwich

A secret family recipe that I'll share with just you cause you're special You'll need: Sourdough Bread butter Basil Pesto Mayo Colbyjack Cheese turkey breast one egg
whisk the egg and then cook it on a pan with medium heat until it's golden brown. Spread mayo on one slice of bread, and pesto on the other. One slice of cheese and one slice of turkey on each piece of bread, and the egg will go in the middle of the sandwich. Once the sandwhich is assembled, coat the sandwich with butter and cook it like you would a grilled cheese. Best enjoyed with a cup of tomato soup :-)
