been really into mochi again lately. the stuffed jelly/jam ones from the korean markets (found some at a local 7/11!!!!!!) especially. recently tried the ube mochi from trader joe’s and it is SPECTACULAR
these pancakes are as good as they sound. excellent mochi chew. nice purple-ish color.
important: it’s a seasonal item (avail around May i think?) so i recommend stockpiling. i still have 3 more boxes atm. sub-rec: make and eat them in the afternoon/evening because pancakes are too good to only eat in the morning
