📓Sometimes you just need to go on a city walk , solo date , get dolled up and wear your best outfit , go perfume shopping grab a croissant or a yummy sweet treat it’s my therapy and I always feel happy after and I love to write in my journal about the day or write in my Substack everything I did that day with my community

☀️Seems simple but it’s important! Alone time is my favorite time. Some days are not for bettering yourself. Sometime you have to bask in the sun in the park, or rot in your bed while watching tv.

🧿You don’t need to suffer to prove that you’re a good person. You don’t have to stay with the job that makes you question yourself and you don’t have to keep dating that person you’re not quite clicking with. If something feels off then it probably is. I’m not advocating for immediately abandoning your responsibilities and throwing caution to the wind; but in our hearts we know when something is working and when it isn’t.
