I understand the appeal of buying a gua sha but I feel like learning how to do facial lymphatic massage without any tools first and foremost gives you such a better understanding + appreciation for it. there is no need to go and buy a ~fake~ jade tool just to feel like you're doing something beneficial for your body. go on youtube and find a nice old woman to calmly show you how to do it

My friend Megan recommended I get an acupressure mat and my life has never been the same. I may not use it every day, but if Iโm ever in a state of acute physical/mental/spiritual distress this thing always saves my life. It gets your blood and energy flowing to heal you of almost any ailment. It is my most recommended tool for healing to everyone I know and I think everyone should have one! I would get the neutral gray colored one, but I have the garish green one. Trust me itโs insanely powerful and will change your life. My other favorite tool that I use everyday literally is a small wooden massage tool from Tangerine. The wood smells heavenly and itโs perfect for massaging the scalp, neck, shoulders, and face. This is never not in my purse!

I love my naturopath so much โ I literally cried in front of her and then she did acupuncture on my sinuses because Iโve been wanting to rip them out of my face due to the pain theyโre causing me. I have no idea if itโs a placebo effect or what but I can tell you there was quite literally heat coming out of the sinus points she did. I think I feel better, even just seeing her makes me feel better.
