shout out pickled red onions and peperoncini and kimchi
i used to dislike pickles but my taste buds have changed with age so i'm taking vigorous notes on the other recs
So good so crunchy, I think I have just the Trader Joe’s brand in my fridge rn
Also here to highly recommend quick pickling red onion and also separately celery, elevates them as condiments so much
