If you have the time just start walking towards your destination and dont look up where it is just go. put one airpod in and walk until you get there. its so freeing!! Stop using your phone!!!!
I think that playing is very healing for your inner child. Like go to a playground with some friends and play recess games. Do it for little you who needs a break to play with friends.
Also we need to be playing more normal games, like go fish or something. Do more kid shit as an adult I'm tired and playing is fun.
