such an open, welcoming community with a greenhouse on canal and essex in the summer months. They do workshops at the greenhouse and more formal events at nine orchard hotel. Check em out
Kaleidoscope is a really dope space that you can rent for studio space or community events. They also post about all the events they host so you can just pull up and experience something new & cool! Steph and I hosted a screening there earlier in the summer and genuinely met some great people & made some true friends :')
If you’re within an hour walk from home, you should just walk home.
I understand taking public transit or an Uber there to be on time, but you’re not rushing to get home. Thus, walk.
