singing ’i am not afraid to keep on living’ is a prayer & a spell .
when i was in first year i blew off a week of classes & hung out w/ my best friend playing halo reach every day & every day i would drive to his house blasting the black parade is dead & cry listening to famous last words especially when they get to the bridge & the whole stadium sings ‘awake & unafraid’ when they played this at the reunion show i went to i just sobbed like genuinely hysterical .. #mcrsavedmylife
