dirtyturk i always heard that you aren’t supposed to reuse disposable plastic bottles because the plastic breaks down and poisons you😀

Do Not quote me on this but im pretty sure most bottles now are non BPA plastic and usually PET which is safe to re-use. Chemically... The microplastics are probably still gonna get you tho...

big bottle of water (not reusable)

one of my worst traits as of late has been purchasing a huge bottle of water (often fiji) and drinking it throughout the day
i used to fill my nalgene like a good boy but ive been doing this a lot recently. i dont know why but the water hits harder.
