put on a cute outfit that i like and go look at books in a bookshop with no plan on buying anything. take myself to dinner in a sit-down restaurant after, then head home and relax with a cup of tea. music in my headphones during all of it, probably a mix of sad and more upbeat stuff.
that’s the closest thing i have to a cure-all right there.
