Currently reading Gabrielle Bernstein‘s “Super Attractor”.
The depression and the life got HELLA bad…I’m talking all time low. This book is really helping me reframe my state of mind and put myself into a better mindset, even if I don’t believe I deserve it.
Being a performance artist in nyc (in this economy) is not for the faint of heart. I’ll do whatever it takes to get into a better mindset and take back some control over my life.

This book single-handily got me out of a depression and totally switched my mindset from feeling sorry for myself to taking the actions needed to better my situation. His energy screams through the pages and really gets you going. I recommend to anyone on a fitness journey specifically but this book will get anyones ass going about anything.

Artists! I swear to you. This book seems extremely hyped, but it really will change your perspective on life and just creation as a whole. You'd be surprised what blockages you have deep down. Needless to say, I'm excited to see what shifts will happen with my art and my projects when I'm done with the book. Anybody else have any experiences with it?

I just started working it after several friends recommended it to me and then one went ahead and gifted me the workbook. Doechii spoke about the book saying that after she got sober this helped her access her highest creative self and write her most recent award winning album within a month. There are many other similar testimonies. I find it a beautiful synchronicity that I began this 3 month commitment on my 2 month soberversary, and I love the bits the author includes about her own sobriety in the introduction. I can already tell this will be added to my list of Essential Reads for the People I Love: which currently includes- -Demian(Herman Hesse) -Women Who Run With the Wolves(Clarissa Pinkola Estés,PHD)
