The host of "The Duncan Trussel Family Hour", on his podcast he talks to a lot of teachers, spiritualists, and creatives about their mindsets and journeys. If digging into hours of podcasts is difficult (as it was for me lol) then I suggest checking out "The Midnight Gospel" on Netflix, he voices the main character and basically does podcasts speaking on mindfulness, death, religion, etc. He's been one of the biggest helps with understanding meditation and spiritualism for me.

Absolute banger of an animated podcast that involves deep conversations about life, death, and lots of self-reflection. We need more shows like this!!!

Episode 8 - Mouse of Silver
I think about this scene a lot, voiced by an interview with Duncan Trussell and his mother.
This whole show is fantastic, co-created with Pendleton Ward (Adventure Time). I just wish you could get it on physical media so it wasn’t stuck on Netflix.

People in your life who don't pressure you to text or call them all that often and vice verse. Such a relief through the web of constant pressure I feel to keep up with people due to social media. Like nah it's cool if you don't text me that same day, we got lives to live buddy, I'll see ya when I see ya.

Although not horror in it's traditional sense, the dystopic and serious nature of the rules set in this black comedy movie are beyond horrific. I haven't been able to stop thinking about it since I saw it a couple of weeks ago. It's an insane watch.
