reading is a great way to help your brain and im not talking like anything you gotta learn (al though that would certainly help) i just mean finding a good book you enjoy problem solving is also so important for your brain i currently am learning like 2 languages rn but theres all types of games that help with problem solving as well anything that keeps you mind engaged and flexible there was also a comment i saw about diet and exercise (and i believe sleep) which i also agree with! doing a light exercise while you listen to some music or watching a show works wonders!

Find something that tickles ur brain and dive in, ideally sitting at a desk and having some kind of place to take notes, write questions you have, and note down resources. I think it can really improve your relationship to yourself to see that ur capable of not just scrolling mindlessly for hours, but for caring deeply about a topic, treating it seriously and with curiosity. Doesn’t need to be an intellectual topic at all! I’ve just started lap swimming so am ‘studying’ freestyle technique, what drills to do, the swimming styles of various Olympians etc

From the title i think we already have an idea about where this post will lead to right ? Learning as a hobby is the best thing ever, no matter what you learn (from the different type of stones to how to build a successful business) it will always interesting to bring it to the table while talking with your friends or even be able to break the ice with strangers. To be able to make it a two birds one stone hit, we could mainly focus on what could hell us “survive“ on a daily basis. For exemple : - Financial education: learning how to budget, what to prioritise, the 24h hour rule before buying something, is it a need or a want, etc … - History : deep dive in the different paths human history is an interesting thing and if you analyse it enough you could even find “tips” that helps you in your day to day life — Buddha : genuine peace and happiness in simple life — Gandhi : how to deal with conflicts by staying calm — Mandela : understanding is better than revenge — Fall of the Berlin wall : perseverance leads to transformation etc … - Cultures in different countries : learn from other countries ‘ culture just like Japan and how they have a punctuality culture / discipline and routine etc … - Learning a skill : for exemple cooking but make it more fun, why japan use rise ? What was its signification in their history/culture, its nutrition value, how to make at least 10 dishes with rise etc … - Fashion : yes we can learn a “survival“ skill from fashion just like why such piece was created and how, learning to fix your ripped pieces as a form of anti consumerism And much more to learn ... :)

it can be overwhelming dealing with the absolute chaos of the world i know that feeling- i usually get so mad i cry but i learned that you can only focus on what you are able to control caring about people and the state of the world shows you have a huge beautiful heart but remember you are only one person and while you cant fix the world you can do your best to be part of it and do what you know is right no matter what
