green beans... whole... raw... I use them like carrot or celery sticks.
for the blood sugar expediency theyd probably b better w a hummus or dip tho. babaganoush or a sundried tomato pesto would be good i think...
truly and honestly i could eat a pound of these things a day. sometimes with abraham's red pepper hummus and sometimes just straight up. i love crunching like a little freaking bunny
