When I find myself dipping, I either go for a run, or take a nap. A run for a energy boost. A nap to reset your mind and body.

I try my best to nap but it just wont happen, my body is used to not napping since I was a kid and whenever I nap I just feel much better after and I can achieve the things I wanted to do when I was tired before
