The first one that came to mind was Abbey Road haha
I feel like The Beatles did this pretty well in general but maybe I feel that way due to the amount of times I listened at different stages of my life. John Prine - The Tree of Forgiveness
Father John Misty - I Love you honeybear
Neil Young - On The Beach
Okkervil River - Black Sheep Boy
Can the Circle Be Unbroken - The Carter Family
Lost Highway - Hank Williams
Pink Wafer Factory - Fruit Tones
Hyacinth House - The Doors
JJ - Wand
Opaline Bubbletear - Dummy
Improving Solutions - The Murlocs
I'm in Your Mind > I'm Not in Your Mind > Cellophane > I'm in Your Mind Fuzz - King Gizzard and The Lizard Wizard
I think the biggest thing my therapist helped me realize is that moments that are tough or seasons of your life that seem impossible will not last forever. It is not about sitting in the struggle but understanding how to effectively work through it.
accept the love that is presented to you and do not run away from it, each opportunity to hang is a bid for connection, take them in stride and with open arms
