the nicest old man runs this cafe, plays classical radio, distributes sections of the newspaper to tables, has lovely little birds that sing, makes a $6 falafel sandwich that bangs, and if ur lucky he might bring you a free baklava when ur done eating
genuinely the best jordanian food you will ever eat. the line will be out the door but it will be worth it. i highly rec getting a plate for your first time as opposed to a singular item like a wrap bc you get rice and two free sides and everything is soooo bomb u wanna try as much as u can. please please please say hi to mohammed the grill cook if u go he is THE sweetest man in the world
i think when i was younger i would take the time to learn the lyrics to every song i loved and now i just listen to the songs i love a bunch of times and hope for the best. but there is truly something so special about memorising all the words to a song... currently im trying to learn all the words to simulation swarm - big thief! and itβs hard! but rewarding :)
