A&F put a lot of thought into their design team from ~2018-2021-ish. The team has since shifted but the new team is carrying on stronger than ever. Truly a great place to get well designed clothing.

learning how to breathe in yoga has seriously carried over in my every day life (have you read the articles on email apnea?)! it is sooo good for you bc it stretches and works muscles that other workouts don’t do for you.
that “keep your eyes on your own yoga mat” shit is real too like you are on your own journey!! comparison will kill you!! also I am trying to be mobile when I’m an old person…
