I eat two different kinds of toast (one for breakfast and one for lunch) every day.
My breakfast toast is wheat bread with crunchy sun butter & apple butter !!! My fave.
My lunch toast has a scrambled egg (I donโt love eggs but it does the job I guess) and I put cheese on that to distract me from the egg. But you have so many options for other things you can put on toast !!!
