i've been fucking with pastina so heavy lately. i like to do a sort of "pastina alla vodka" where i essentially make vodka sauce and cook pastina in it. heavenly.
There are times when I feel the urge to eat pasta. A plate of pasta with a good cheese sauce, maybe some guanciale or pesto. I don't know, I feel like that's the only thing that could satisfy me. Anyone else on the same page?
