AHHH THIS HAS BEEN ON MY LIST FOREVER!
I read her book The Little Friend when I was younger and absolutely loved it...so when I tried to read The Goldfinch, I was surprised at how difficult it was for me to keep reading and become invested. I think I tried to read that book multiple times & just couldn't stick with it.
So I've been hesitant to start The Secret History, but it comes so highly recommended and people are STILL talking about it...I'll give it a try!!
