i can't give much of a review bc i turned it off pretty quickly (i'm in PA school and decided i don't need to make reading medical journals any harder lol) but i really like the idea and it seemed like it would be pretty helpful! if you don't use chrome Babbel also has an app/website but i can't say i know much about it

It shows you subtitles in 2 languages at once, and has other helpful features like the ability to automatically pause after each sentence so you canactually read them.
What Iām currently trying and liking is watching a tv show first with either just English or both language subtitles, then with subtitles in the target language, then with no subtitles. Forces you to concentrate and work on listening.
