whenever I get mad at someone else's stupidity, or am confused as to why they made a certain decision, I just have to remind myself, that this is their first time living life too, and we are all just small and stupid

Being intelligent is the worst curse. Not only are you aware of everybodys stupidness and have to live with their dumb dumb decisions, you also think you are the dumbest person alive.
Being stupid is actually just being naive. Having absolute no thought at all about what horrors are being unleashed in this gruesome world is such a blessing.
Dumb people are also so sure of their smartness and therefore live a dumb happy life, but smart people are not aware of their smartness. They are so smart that they only see their errors and dumbness, a dumb person could never. They envy the confidence of doing something so incredibly wrong. And dont forget: the fact that you know that you know nothing is just nightmare fuel.

No matter how smart or together you try to be it is guaranteed. Sometimes coincidence and circumstance align to make a fool out of you. it is good and humbling

one of the best concept albums of all time. follows a young woman named Ethel Cain (the character, not the artist) as she encounters various men and eventually meets her violent death at the hands of one of the men. truly visceral and even disturbing at some parts but so so good, really recommend giving it a listen
