Having second thoughts at checkout and realising you *don't* have to buy anything. Maybe I'll come back for them later. Maybe not!

Leave it in your cart and play chicken with the shop. Either you'll have treated yourself to a dopamine hit just by going through the motions, or the shop might send you a little discount to push you over the top!

As an anthropological study? And well spent leisure time? Listen to music + see cool things + interesting people + look at peoples carts + analyze their behaviors + buy things you donโ€™t need but want to try out Today they had a 2/$5 deal with the strawberry cartons. And I got protein oat milk (please donโ€™t shoot me). i saw an old guy with tattoos all over his face and body and smiled at him and he kind of sorta smirked back. A lady tried cutting in line but I made a stank face and she apologized and pretended to not notice! And got behind me. And I got help from a Tim Cook looking clerk because the self checkout was bugging out. I donโ€™t shoplift anymore out of fear and because I have a contract with morality! Itโ€™s Holy Week!

my phone broke and I was broke. so I had to go though 2 months of no phone. I have never been so peaceful. I now know the route to get to places (because I had no maps). Got the habit of only replying to texts at 6:30pm and make plans for the next day at that time. I read so many books and was so notinfluenced by social media. Even the things I was eating changed a lot, no more fast meals you can make in less then 5 min, instead I asked my grandma what to cook and guys itโ€™s awesome. BREAK YOUR PHONE
