Thrifted a pair of Wrangler denim that fit just right for me. Baggy but not too much. I haven’t been able to find a pair quite like it, I have some Levi’s 569s I really like but they’re a bit too loose.

👖i got this one pair of wranglers at a thrift store a while back and i wear them almost everyday. i wear jeans everyday so i need to trust my jeans not to rip or anything stupid like that. my rule is that if i can’t wear my jeans to a ranch and be comfortable the entire time, then they’re not worth it

👖these are one of my favorite pairs of jeans. if you know me you know i’m almost always in a baggy jean and i’m a denim enthusiast. i’ve gotten multiple of my friends to wear canadian tuxedos. it’s funny that they’re called that since denim is such an american thing to me for some reason.
i‘m wearing them today! i thrifted them at a goodwill probably like 2 years ago now and i had to cut the pants because they were too long (i always have this problem).
40inch jeans may seem crazy to you but i used to have a skater boyfriend in high school that would always wear 40s…so he definitely influenced me in that way. i used to think he was crazy for that because like all skater boys he didn’t have much meat on his bones but now i understand.
the pockets in these are HUGE too if you’re a woman you know how big of a deal that is. my girlies better go get themselves a pair after this!

🍿I work overnight and because I’ve adjusted my sleep schedule, I find myself getting hungry after having a regular dinner. I try to fill that with protein-based snacks like Quest products or protein bars. Sometimes I’ll switch it up with popcorn and something sweet, or some mixed nuts.

🛄On a 2-week Japan trip as I write this. Picked up the July Checked right before the trip and have been enjoying it since.
Here’s what I like:
- Spacious
- Aluminum corners are stylish (couldn’t decide if I wanted a full aluminum or polycarbonate bag)
- Included laundry bag
- Zipper spaces
- Ways to press down luggage including tightening belts
I did get mine with the Mother’s Day discount but they have a sale going on now too it seems!

🎙I’ve done this before, but today I went on a long drive to find out the place I wanted to go to was closed. On my long (and frustrating) drive back, I started to think about stuff on my mind. Today’s topic was physical vs streaming media. I opened up a new voice memo and while I was driving, just let it record. I have about a 30-40 minute recording of my mind just going off about both sides. I find it rather pleasant to do, even if I didn’t find a solution at the end of the rant.
