not for salad but I really like salty briny foods. sometimes i put a lil in the palm of my hand and eat it. Or on cold pasta leftovers the next day for a sad pasta salad. It also makes a surprisingly good marinade
add a little to anything—quick salad dressing (mix with evoo, s&p, lemon), sandwich salads (tuna, chicken, egg, etc), or mix into a glaze for meats. underrated & multi dimensional
you could + basil + avocado + whatever you’ve got around if you’re fancy
also bread to mop up the juices is useful
also you salt the tomato first it draws out the juice and then you have ready made dressing
