not for salad but I really like salty briny foods. sometimes i put a lil in the palm of my hand and eat it. Or on cold pasta leftovers the next day for a sad pasta salad. It also makes a surprisingly good marinade
add a little to anythingโquick salad dressing (mix with evoo, s&p, lemon), sandwich salads (tuna, chicken, egg, etc), or mix into a glaze for meats. underrated & multi dimensional
Just the right amount of sweet and savory. Highly recommend a little bit of fig jam in an olive oil and vinegar dressing. And eat it in a salad with feta yummmm.
