Morel mushrooms
always wanted to forage them but can never find. Bought dried ones and rehydrated them to put in a coconut pumpkin chickpea curry and they were soooo good

so good! I am really bad at foraging them. I went mushroom hunting with friends several times and never found any. Then one day i was walking by the river and stumbled upon a small patch of about 10 mushrooms
