my bf and i watched this the other day. I need to watch it again to truly soak in all its beauty, but omg it was so interesting and absolutely gorgeous.
Iβm not going to go into detail of the story of the film because I think it is better to watch when you donβt know the plot of the movie. This film always makes me teary-eyed when I watch it. It is an amazing melodrama made by the legendary Akira Kurosawa. It is one of the most genuinely moving films ever made in my opinion. Great acting as well!
Everything will be shitty for a couple thousand years but life finds a way and it's all going to be okay (for the general concept of life, not for humans) in the end even if we do our best to destroy all the planet
