In honor of my bday and the Colombia v Costa Rica soccer game today we’re drinking heavy
This includes DELICIOUS chiliguaro shots with the fam
Basically a white liquor (traditionally guaro from Costa rica but rum and tequila are fine too) but throw in a couple dashes of hot sauce and chased with a bite of lime.
SO fucking good.

having this for the first time was a paradigm shift - I love martinis and love tequila and didn’t have any way of marrying them but this is a prime example
Equal parts tequila, dry vermouth, and curaçao blend (they use 50/50 Combier & Naranja)
They also make a great wedge salad come try if you’re in SA

Old Cuban - run cocktail, SOOOO light and summery and fresh however some bartenders don’t know how to make it
Any sour is a good bet, a whiskey or amaretto sour for something with a slightly more complex favour profile, but every bar usually has some interesting take on a sour
A margarita with mezcal is an amazing elevation from ur typical margarita

Making non-commercial as cheap as possible things for your friends to come to!!!! I️ throw these silly little indie dance parties in dc, and it’s so fun to slowly develop a little community in such a transient city. Next one is in April!
