Drink camomille tea with ginger and stuff. Put honey in it for your sore throat and a bit of energy.
You can wear more stuff that makes you feel warm, or use more blankets when you sleep.
Take a hot shower, it clears up your sinuses. Also soups and stews help a lot, it's soup season anyway.
Sleep more, maybe you should take a day off. Reducing stress just helps in general, if your cold is not even there yet, this would be the first step.
