I got sick with a sinus infection last week. Any recommendations for not feeling so sleepy and brain fogged all the time?

Drink camomille tea with ginger and stuff. Put honey in it for your sore throat and a bit of energy. You can wear more stuff that makes you feel warm, or use more blankets when you sleep. Take a hot shower, it clears up your sinuses. Also soups and stews help a lot, it's soup season anyway. Sleep more, maybe you should take a day off. Reducing stress just helps in general, if your cold is not even there yet, this would be the first step.

Been sick with flu for 5 days. Highly recommend when in the midst of it: Self face and neck massages throughout the day with a nice oil, including ears! Steam bath for your face and ears, Very gentle stretching during the day so your muscles don't get too tense if you're lying down lots and resting. Lots of hydration constantly, Fresh air if possible at home.

especially if you've had COVID and if you've recovered relatively recently, there has been plenty of cases reported where post-COVID brain fog can take 6-9 months for a full recovery. (any longer may need medical attention to address a long term course of action to tackling it!) brain fog can still stem from a number of other things such as stress, autoimmune disorders, etc., i linked an article with tips for brain fog if u think that's what it is! hope you'll be able to find the source of this and find workarounds soon! <3

Recently people have been telling me their gossip. Information overload! I'm writing it down and giggling about it later. Highly recommend. (P.S. : I recommend making a family tree for your local gossip)
