trixietea broadly with meat I’m going to say yes especially if it’s locally raised the texture of the meat is usually more consistent and sumptuous BUT there is a very slight gamey taste to get used to. And with butter 100000% YES it’s a completely different experience it’s so much more rich and flavorful!!!! Both are better for you too because of the higher amount of omega 3 fats 🤓

I amended the title of this because I actually don’t really fuck with pork unless it’s Berkshire I think regular pork is the most evil and darksided meat and I also have a lot of trouble digesting it… and I rarely eat lamb though it is a treat
