its the start of summer! the semester is over and i feel free to enjoy myself, my friends are free to hang out before going home for the summer, and i don’t start work until the end of the month so i have time to kill by reading my book on the warm hill outside my house and to go to the playground and to ride my bike downtown. everything feels new and lovely, and my birthday is in may so i’m one year older and living it up

SUMMER

I’m hoping i have a really good summer but im a little scared. School ends in 2 weeks (this week included) and it’s embarrassing to admit but I have a failing grade in every one of my classes. that’s what happens when you can’t turn anything in on time ahhhhh. so now i have 2 weeks to see if my summer will be good or not.

having dreams about your childhood home

i like to think that if i knocked on the door of where i lived from birth to age 11, the people that live there now would just let me in without question. just bc it used to be my house.
