toast some really good sourdough bread until it’s lightly browned then slather some Brie cheese on it
While the Brie is getting melty, spread some pesto around in a frying pan and let it heat up before cracking an egg into it
slide your pesto-y egg into the toast when it’s fried to your liking
I think this will be good with a side of arugula with a squeeze of lemon but I’m always too impatient to do anything but scarf it down

🥪with arugula tossed in with some balsamic vinegar or white balsamic glaze and some salt and pepper… all on on crispy sourdough toast. i’m sure jam would be good as well
i also have been enjoying making breakfast sandwiches with + ham slices fried up a little bit on the stove + a fried egg with a somewhat soft yolk + arugula with a similar treatment to above + swiss cheese + tomato slice on a brioche bun that you toast in some butter on the stove Ouuuuu buddy it’s good
and once again toasting up in a pan some slices of ham + radicchio with salt and pepper on some toasted sourdough either as a toast or small sandwich
at times i have also enjoyed a veggie sandwich with hummus, sautéed mushrooms, cooked up cabbage, carrots, & cucumber on some dave’s seeded bread toasted yum

😃*ideal to get everything fresh from a farmers market, but if not whatever, it’ll still be delicious*
Grilled sourdough in butter
Grilled thin slices of bacon
Soft scrambled eggs, pre-mixed with a healthy amount of feta, few cracks of salt, few cracks of pepper, lil bit of cayenne, cooked on super low heat with leftover bacon grease
Arugula, avocado mash, and garlic aioli spread on toast
Hot sauces of choice, I live in LA and love Sqirl’s fermented hot sauces :)
Two pieces of toast for sando — or — be wild and messy and leave it open faced more like a luxe avo toast — it’s about what you’re feeling that morning 🌞💫
