love the idea of giving out a bunch of cameras and just letting guests go ham with whatever pics they find most important, whether intoxicated or sober. you miss so many little moments as bride/groom, when you’re essentially just the centrepiece for a large event. but being able to witness these intimate bits of joy from loved ones, even though you werent able to directly participate, is beautiful nonetheless imo seconding the excitement re: áo dàis! :”)

Such a cute way to capture memories! Not knowing how the photos turned out until you get them back adds to the experience 😛

The digital version of leaving a bunch of disposable cameras on the tables for wedding guests to use. Everyone at the event is allotted a few pics to add into a big ole group album.

what is suffering and what is it to art? how does one find the joy of creation and is that joy enough? impressive performance from fassbender despite barely seeing his face. watched it for the first time in 2018 with a brand new group of friends i thought i’d have forever. that group has since spectacularly imploded, but i watch this movie every few years to commemorate them and the new friends i’ve made since.

there’s so much more to viet cuisine than phở—at the very least, go for the phở đặc biệt aka the “special/deluxe”. some great intro choices include bún riêu for seafood lovers & bánh xèo for those who enjoy crunchy wraps or savoury crepes.
