this summer i got really in to making green juice at home. you donāt need a juicer, just fruit, veggies, a blender, a splash of water (or coconut water), and a nut milk bag for straining. sometimes, Iāll even leave the juice unstrained and drink it chunky, if Iām craving the fiber.
lately, Iāve been making the Marthaās Green Juiceā¢ļø from the cookbook āHealth Nutā which is tart, deep green, and incredibly satisfying. if i want to cosplay as someone who lives on the West Coast, iāll decant my juice into an Erewhon or Moonjuice bottle, really dress it up to make it an experience.
