💆I always turn to VO5 shampoo or the green Suave bottle. Sometimes you need your head to be fresh and clean and this is what shampoo is for. But I don’t really understand paying large amounts of money to degrease my hair. VO5 is a good way to fly under the radar and it provides really consistent results. Every time I use a shampoo that’s weird or nice I never know what I’m going to look like when I wake up. I specifically enjoy the strawberries and cream flavor of VO5, I like seeing the picture of the strawberry on the bottle and I like the Pepto Bismol color. I’m remembering now too that this is what my dad and grandfather both used to buy for me and I think that’s cute.

💇I’m not saying to use the 98¢ stuff you find at Walmart, but Pantene does just fine. IMO, my hair thrives on the C-list brands I grew up using

I’ve tried so many different shampoos over the years from high to low end and for a while I tried to only use shampoos that didn’t have certain toxic ingredients but it made my hair look like shit. Finally I returned to my OLD FAITHFUL, Kirkland Signature shampoo (I use the conditioner too in between hair masks)!!! It gets my hair nice and clean without damaging it/drying it out or making it weird and oily, it smells like frosting (many will hate this), it used to be said that it was a dupe for Purology, and it’s sooo cheap and comes in such large bottles that I don’t try to get my money’s worth out of it and make it last a long time. Big fan I’ve been using it again for a couple of months now
