be happy for your friends without comparing yourself to their timeline. It is important to remove yourself from experiences of others, especially those who you love and cherish. Be happy for them and be vocal about it !!
With that said I also want to say that it’s normal to feel that disappointment in your chest when others are experiencing what you wish you could. Two truths can happen at once.
