Tell me why salt bread tastes so good? Like it’s just bread that’s fluffy and salty? What is this magic… why am I so entranced by it… I’d describe it as the Asian cousin of a croissant, not similar in texture but reminiscent in flavour profile. (If you’re visiting Korea I’m referring to the famous Jayeondo and Soha Saltpond… I prefer Soha mainly because they have Salt Milk)
