Not really a staple meal but I love making it for friends and helping people discover that spam is DELICIOUS
I marinate and pan fry slices of spam in soy sauce/brown sugar/fish sauce mixture. itβs helpful to use a spam mold to wrap and press into little sandwiches with sushi rice and nori, and then wrap in plastic wrap
Sooo yummy and great as a snack or meal
