4lyffersss literally They would absolutely be aggressive with anyone who doesn’t live in our house and i think thats okay. I think they're just very protective of us. I love u bacon and chewie (ignore the questionable names my aunt gave them)

The zen dog

My rescue had aggression issues and Matt at Zen Dog saved us and my dog’s life. His philosophy is ”there‘s no such thing as a bad dog.” He gave us guidance on how to create both connection (e.g. eye contact when giving food) and boundaries (no sleeping in our bed) with our dog. And she’s with us 5 years later! Alt to choke collar: Martingale collar.

add it into a routine

this one is kinda hard but i for instance, i added it into my nightly routine, instead of looking at my phone for 10 hours, i read some. Sometimes i can get through a couple pages sometimes the a couple chapters, just depends on the day ❣️ also reading graphic novels helps a lot too it made traditional books easier for me :)
