I love going to small affordable gigs featuring artists I’ve never heard of! I‘ve often found some musical gems that way 🥹. Bring a friend, grab some drinks, and if you don’t like it at least you can laugh about it!
i love exploring the local music scene! there really is something for everyone and hidden gems can be right under your nose. you never know when you might be attending a future star’s first concert for 5 dollars <3
Everyone only plays 2-3 songs so you never get stuck listening to someone bad for too long. Discover new music. Good vibes because most of the audience is artists.
feeling under the weather these past few days but i’ve planned to go to a gig in the city this weekend so I have something to look forward to. There are ALWAYS cheap independent gigs around where I live and it’s genuinely the best way to spend a night out. So this is your sign to look around at posters, online, on noticeboards for local gigs because the energy is always unmatched.
(Also lwk been stalking the insta page of this artist and they seem so cool, this might be a way to introduce myself 🤞)
i mean, you should always treat them but it’s black history month baby so you better pamper your black loved ones to the gods! dinner, coffee, jewelry, a nice date, some extra money etc...reparations ya know?
happy bhm!😌🫶🏾
been doing it since 2020!
it keeps track of your listening habits without having to wait for your spotify wrapped
and looking back at your older playlists gives you an unmatched feeling of nostalgia :’)
here’s mine for this month!
